Ms. Megan Priest has more than five years of experience with EPA pesticide regulation under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). She has expertise in developing regulatory strategies for pesticide registration, determining data requirements, developing product labels, and preparing and reviewing data packages for compliance.

Ms. Priest has substantial experience in preparing and processing pesticide registration applications and acting as a liaison between clients and EPA on various issues. She advises clients on FIFRA-related issues, pesticide registration approvals and maintenance, the Pesticide Registration Improvement Act (PRIA), data call-ins, establishment registrations and annual reporting, and label development and amendments. In addition, Ms. Priest has significant practical experience with the National Pesticide Information Retrieval System (NPIRS).

Prior to Technology Sciences Group Inc. (TSG), Ms. Priest was a Staff Scientist at Keller and Heckman LLP, where she was responsible for preparing and submitting pesticide registration applications and amendments and notifications to EPA. She also compiled and reviewed related documents such as small business fee waivers, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, confidential statement of formulas, maintenance fees and PRIA fees. While at Keller and Heckman LLP, Ms. Priest was also responsible for state registration of pesticide products. Prior to Keller and Heckman LLP, Ms. Priest was an Environmental Data Analyst at MacFadden (EPA contract), where she provided Front-End Screening quality control assessments of pesticide application packages submitted by registrants to EPA’s Office of Chemical Safety Pollution Prevention, including review of pesticide registrations, petitions and amendments for compliance.
